Delivery Information
UK Delivery
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or The Collect Group with anticipated delivery timescales below. Whilst we aim to process orders quickly, delays due to unprecedented volumes from time to time with our delivery partners are beyond our control.
FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £50
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
Standard Delivery charge of £4.79 for orders under £50
Orders are sent via The Collect Group, no signature is required, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery is £7.50 – The Collect Group
Available on all orders with guaranteed next day delivery if placed between Monday – Thursday, orders must be received no later than 12pm to guarantee delivery the following day.
Orders placed by 12pm on a Friday, whilst The Collect Group do delivery on a Saturday, next day cannot be guaranteed and your order may not arrive until the Monday.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, with delivery scheduled on the Tuesday.
Overseas Delivery
Orders to Europe are charged at £15. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Orders to the Rest of the World of under £50 are charged at £15, orders over £50 charged at £25. Please allow 10-12 working days for delivery.
We will not be responsible for any import duties / local taxes payable or any delivery delays which may be incurred. We will not ship nail varnish or perfume/aftershave outside the UK.
Click and Collect
You can opt to collect your purchase at your convenience in store for FREE. You will be notified by email once your order is picked and ready for collection, we are open 9.30am-5pm Monday to Saturday.

Please bring proof of order i.e your order confirmation when collecting. We cannot guarantee your purchase will be ready to collect if you arrive before our confirmation email is sent to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Whilst we hope you love your purchase, if you are not entirely satisfied, we will happily offer a refund. Please note, however, we do not accept returns on perfume, earrings or underwear unless faulty.
Returns Process
In accordance with the UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days following delivery of your order and return the goods for a full refund. To return please advise us as follows:
- You must contact us via email within 14 days and a return number will be provided.
- Please complete and return your item along with the Return Form attached to your order confirmation within 7 days of receiving your return number. DO NOT return goods without first obtaining a return code from us.
- All items are to be returned as new in an unworn/undamaged condition and with all their original tags and labels attached.
- Any dust bags, authenticity cards or guarantees are also to be returned and in the case of footwear, any internal packaging and the box should also be returned as this is considered part of the product for resale.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return as the responsibility for the item remains yours until it is received back in our possession, the cost of which is yours.

Alternatively, you can return the goods in store at Mitchells Menswear if accompanied by the Order Confirmation or Return Form.
When we've received your goods, reviewed the item and approved the return, your order will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5-10 working days. Any queries, please call the shop on 0191 252 5277.
Click & Collect Returns
All click and collect purchases need to be collected and returned within a 14 day period to qualify for a full refund. No returns outside of this timescale will be accepted.
Exchange Process
We are unable to reserve stock for exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend ordering your required size, then returning the incorrect size, via the returns process above within the returns period ensuring the returns procedures and conditions are met.
Order Cancellation
We cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled once placed. Please call us on 0191 252 5277 and if the order hasn’t yet been processed, we will arrange cancellation and refund for you. If, however, your order has been processed and delivery arranged, we are unable to cancel and you will be required to wait for your order to arrive then follow the returns process outlined above and a refund will follow upon receipt of the item back at our store.
Discount Codes
If you forget to enter a valid discount code or redeem your rewards, we are unable to refund you the difference once the order has been completed. You will be able to use them on your next purchase subject to any relevant expiry dates.
Faulty Goods
Whilst we make every effort to ensure goods despatched are in perfect condition, should you find an item is faulted or damaged, please get in touch and we’ll work with you to sort it as quickly as possible.
