Why the new website?

Many of you may know our back story, born in 2014 as a menswear version of our womenswear store Escape Boutique.  Since opening we’ve established ourselves as a go to place for contemporary clothing with a bit of an edge, carefully curated collections with an emphasis on detail and providing something a little different.  We think it’s about time we stepped out of Escapes shadow.

Lockdown in the end proved to be our friend, a combination of customer reluctance to go into town, shopping local and working from home exposed us to people who hadn’t noticed us before.  We gained lots of new customers, the word spread and we quickly became a destination for great menswear.

We are going it alone and creating our own brand new mobile friendly website dedicated to our growing collections.  We will have regular blog features on what we buy, who we partner with, where we travel to and we’ll be making it super easy for you to to shop our window displays and flatlays with shopable social posts linked straight to the products online.

Our newly launched reward scheme gives a little bit back as a thank you for your ongoing support. Spend it as you go or save it for later, you decide. Looking to the future we want to make Mitchell’s THE destination for contemporary menswear in the region and beyond. We want to expand our collections bringing you more of the good stuff, we have our eye on so many fantastic brands which we know you’ll love!
